Yes. Our apartments are equipped for work: a dedicated working space, fibre WiFi, a complete kitchen and self check-in from 4 pm. They suit an assignment of a few nights as readily as a stay of several weeks, up to 30 nights when booking online.

An apartment gives you a real living space separate from the working space, an equipped kitchen that saves you eating out, and no fixed timetable. Over several nights the overall cost is generally lower than an equivalent hotel.

Yes. We issue an invoice in the company’s name, and offer businesses centralised invoicing along with preferential rates for recurring trips. Get in touch to set up a company account.

Check-in is self service from 4 pm, and check-out is by 11 am at the latest. A late check-out option can be added depending on that apartment’s schedule. Access details and the exact address are sent by email once the booking is confirmed.

Yes. It is calculated automatically according to the local rate and added to the total before payment: the amount shown when you book is the final amount. Under-18s are exempt.

Yes, depending on the notice. For a booking made 14 days or more before arrival: full refund up to 7 days before, 75 % between 7 and 3 days before, then no refund within 3 days. Last-minute bookings, made less than 14 days before arrival, are non-refundable. The tourist tax is refunded in every case if the stay does not take place.

The rate is ours, without the commission taken by booking platforms. You deal directly with the team that manages the apartment, before and during your stay, and the booking is confirmed immediately.
